What We Look For Before We List Anything: Our Product Checklist

We don’t want you to scroll through 500 options. We’d rather stock fewer things that pull their weight. Here’s the short list every product has to pass before it goes live.

1) Everyday usefulness

Can you wear or use it weekly, not once? Basics that layer well, tools that actually solve a common home problem, kids & pets items that survive real life.

2) Materials that make sense

We look for honest fabrics and clear care instructions. If a piece is delicate or needs special handling, we’ll say so. If it’s meant to be a low-maintenance staple, it should wash and wear like one.

3) Consistent sizing

Our size chart lives on the product page for a reason. We sample and spot-measure to make sure the published chart matches reality. If the cut is intentionally relaxed or slimmer than average, we’ll flag it.

4) Construction and finish

Seams should sit flat. Zippers should run smoothly. Buttons should be secured. We check hems and stress points—the boring stuff that matters when you’ve worn something ten times.

5) Fair pricing, predictable delivery

We fulfill from an overseas warehouse to keep prices steady and stock dependable, then ship Australia-wide with tracking. Typical delivery is 4–8 business days after 1–3 business days of handling (Mon–Fri, AEST). If carriers hit peak periods or weather issues, we’ll keep you posted.
